The product was not was what was expected although it was packaged very nice and neatly. Had an issues with dry throat as well as soreness.

Pleasant experience, went as well as one could expect. Gummies are potent( I am a casual user)

After receiving a defective product, I contacted customer service who sent a replacement. After 2 weeks and no change in the tracking, I had not received it so I reached out again. I had paid for expedited shipping on my original order. I was asked if I would like another replacement sent expedited since the first was lost in shipping, or if I’d like a refund. I replied that I’d like it sent expedited please. Now almost 2 weeks and several emails more to customer service, I have gotten no further response. No shipping info for a replacement. No refund.

Thought I was buying gummies again, but instead got Gel caps. 😩
