I have used Delta 8 gummies in the past, but from the questionnaire I filled out, Exhale suggested the Delta 8 liquid capsules to try for my back pain and better sleep. To my surprise, the first evening I took it was the same effect as the very first time I ever tried any Delta 8s. I felt very high and dizzy to the point of dry heaves. The second time I took it I did much better. I have had to learn to relax into the effect and not panic. Back pain is tolerable so that I can get a very good restful sleep. I’m very pleased with the capsules. No excess sugar or nasty aftertaste like some other gummies I’ve tried. I have signed up for a subscription so that it comes to me on a consistent basis.
