A product that I ordered was not the best fit. Exhale Well went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and issued a refund - just like they said they would!

The site was easy to use, customer service responded quickly to a question I asked, and the product was shipped in a timely manner. Also, the product (hemp oil) is excellent! I could not be more pleased!
