Great company to order from n products. Only thing I didn’t like no discount n late delivery. Other than that I would have ordered more.

Price was too high and the potency was too low

I have attempted to order more products but the web sites has been difficult to use for a 78 year old person. I did send a message via the web sight with no luck, I don't set in front of my computer all a day. I did call and left my number but three days later I got a call back. At 78 I do not answer a call from some place I don't know. If the return call was same day I probably would have answered it. I am very disappointed. The product is very good but costumer service stinks.

Sure I got me high but it got catastrophic clogs every time I used it. Not residue, straight distillate. I think I wasted more weed unclogging the damn thing than I did smoking it. For more context, I'm reviewing the disposable pen

I didn't realize I signed up for monthly delivery, so when I saw the order I reached out right away via phone, chat, and email because my address changed. Instead of having anyone reach out, they shipped to wrong address. Oh, I also updated address on website right after those attempts. They have no customer service that is reliable, so it is a gamble to work with them.
