I have arthritic knees and narrowing of the nerve canals in my lower back. These gummed seem to help with the management of pain and help me sleep a little better. I don't use them everyday but use them when my pain management prescription needs help with my tolerance of the chronic pain that goes along with my issues.

Product is good, but company communication and customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. It's nearly impossible to try and call the store during regular business hours and when you communicate via email good luck getting your inquiries answered. My last order placed was put in with expedited shipping. There were some delays on the companies end which made the package arrive the same time frame as standard shipping which is free. I inquired about my order delay and a potential refund for the expedited shipping and the only response I received was regarding my order delay and they never responded about if they could waive the shipping fee or not for their blunder. I stopped ordering from these guys because of the constant issues they have with sending orders out in a timely fashion (usually have to wait a week+ after the payment has been fully processed before it ships) and also due to their poor customer service/communication. If you like poor service and constant delays to your orders this is the place to go. Otherwise I'd steer clear of giving a bad company your business.
