I love the product. You're disposable vapes do pack a punch but, the reason for 3 stars is your vape pens need some attention. They have a cheap feel to them and ( if you're a newbie to vaping ) some folks wouldn't know about the switch.5 clicks on and off, 3 clicks to adjust voltage and 2 to heat tank. Your average vaper may not know this off hand. You can print a simple sheet for these vapes. Or improve the device. Other than that your product rocks.

I ordered the AM PM vape bundle and when it got here both vapes were broken and leaking oil. I quickly threw them out as not to get oil on my sheets and then reached out to customer service. They emailed me once and after I responded I that was the end of the help I got from customer service.

I requested information about why my vape pens from you don’t last very long and explained the situation. I was told to try pushing the button three times in succession and try again. I did try on two pens with no results. I returned a message explaining that it didn’t work. I haven’t heard anything since……….
