One of the cartridges was cracked during shipping and rendered unusable. I contacted customer support through chat, submitted an email with photo, and followed up on a question related to what flavor was damaged. Seemed like issue was going to be addressed and then everything went silent. Haven’t heard back from anyone related to a refund or replacement for the damaged item.
