Customer service was great. My first package was lost, I contact customer service, they ask me if I wanted a refund or replacement and they sent out replacement immediately. This seems to be a problem you guys continue to have. I placed an order and for the second time in my last two orders, am unable to trace it. Your tracking number is incorrect. If its not one thing with you people, its another. Kind of tired of this. I know you charged me, I know you sent it out. Where the heck it is now, is anyone's guess.
