I am a monthly subscriber and my last cartridge order didn’t taste good and had no potency. Once I reached out to customer service the response I received was that I would be refunded and my subscription was cancelled. I didn’t ask for any of that and now I feel that exhale no longer wants my business. The reps name is Charleigh

Good I take 1 1/2 off the gummies. The only thing the effect does not last that long. One does not really work for me next time I would get a higher dose. However, I wish the higher dose was not so expensive.

My monthly subscription was mailed out on November the 16th. I never received my product. On November 22, I sent an email with no response. I left a voicemail today and got a call back from customer service. I was told that the company is not responsible for delivery and he quickly placed another order for me. I explained this was the second time my product was lost in the mail and going into the future how this could be prevented. I was told it would probably happen again because of the holidays. I was left with no other choice but to cancel my subscription. I love the products but delivery and customer service needs some improvements.

This is my first purchase with this company. The product has a much better results compared to some of the other brands I have tried
