I am a newer customer and I have been placing orders non stop since I discover you guys. I have a severe anxiety disorder and I have found tremendous relief in the OG Kush strain of delta 8 vape pens. I tried several different strains before figuring out this was the best one for me. I am grateful I found your company. Thank you.

The products are great but the website is glitchy and has jammed at checkout on me more than once resulting in unexpected charges. For example, last tiem I was adding a coupon and the site jammed . After a minute, I closed the browser and wanted to retry. Lo and behold the purchase went thru! I hadn’t even double checked the card on file or my address; I was simply adding the coupon code, and it charged me! And went thru went no coupon added! I had to call customer service and have it canceled. This happened once in the past too. It needs looking into for a better customer experience.

I tried exhale out and got the Skywalker og. It was good! It didn't look like the picture. The packaging was top rate, even came with a humidity pack! The pre rolled joint of northern lights was really Good! and recommend trying that out!!! I ordered on Nov 25 and didnt receive it till December7 so that sucked but besides that overall everything was good

I think your website should be updated. I should easily be able to change my order monthly if I wanted to. I had to call to get one shipment canceled. Also I am routinely told I have acquired credits yet I don't see how to redeem them? I have asked when I called but I still unclear what the answer is.

You guys have great deals and the flavored carts taste good 😊👍. Apologies during the time when delivery person sends my package to the neighbor or upstairs tenant. Aside from that, you have the best Delta 8 products!

Exhale customer service contacted me when there was a problem with online orders during Black Friday weekend. My order was inadvertently duplicated. I let them know it was OK to go ahead and ship both orders and when I received them, there were complimentary products also included. Wonderful surprise - Great Customer Service!
