great customer service

I didn’t receive what I ordered and support still hasn’t helped me resolve the issue.

I ordered a delta 8 cart and a pre roll. The pre roll was very good but the cart I purchased was busted. It wouldn’t fire it would only get extremely hot. I tried it with 3 different batteries. Customer service said they would reship another cart but I have yet to get an update on my reship.

Got my order wrong and expects me to send the items back first to get my actual CBD. I didn't want delta 8 and it triggers me and my bipolar I had to throw them away because I started using them

This is the second product I have purchased from Exhale. I purchased the gummies for sleep, and it was the worst experience ever! I took one at about 10pm and woke up at 3:30am in the morning to use the bathroom, and was extremely dizzy, uncoordinated and the room was spinning. I was so scared I would fall, and also felt I was going to throw up, so I had to get back in bed lay flat with a bin by my side. I was unable to function at all the next day, and stayed on the couch until the effects wore off over 24 hours later. This is a very strong product that I evidently underestimated its potency. The instructions read to take one at bedtime, so I did, however, you may want to write on the instructions to start with a partial gummy, like half or a quarter.

UNFORTUNATELY DIDNT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED.ORDERED A DELTA 8 BRAND AND RECEIVED SOME HHC.WAS DISAPPOINTED BUT THE FLOWER WAS STILL GOOD.DID EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DIDNT GET A REPLY.
