I received a cartridge that was half empty. I reached out to Exhale Well via email 2 separate times and received zero response. This is an indication of poor customer service. Needless to say I was dissatisfied and disappointed.

I'm still loving the purchase. The high and so far one of the cartridges is broken upon arrival. In the meaning that it's in tack but the vaporizer mechanism that connects to the battery won't function, so i have nectar without anyway of enjoying it... Hopefully only the Wedding cake one is like that because I purchased multiple ones.
