I sleep sound and usually through the night . The flavor is good though I wish I could get only one or two flavors I really like but it’s an assorted bottle and that’s ok . I have PTSD and the gummies take the edge off when I get anxious. Great products , I recommend it to others often. I have a subscription , sometimes I have extras I give to family and friends to try .
