Poor quality control and customer support
My last 3 orders have contained poor quality products. Half the carts have an incredibly off-putting taste as if it was processed incorrectly, burnt, something. I've reached out every time, received replacement carts that were also bad. The last two times, however, I haven't received any response to emails. I attempted to escalate the issue to a quality control department with no response. I've cancelled my subscription and won't purchase from this company again.
