The flavor of the sleep gummies is rathe skunky, but they seem to be working well. I take one about an hour before bed, and another just as I get under the covers. I have chronic pain, so its important to me that I fall asleep quickly and don't lay there tossing from one side to the other as I try to find a position that isn't painful.
