I have sent multiple emails asking for return labels so I can send the product back and have not received a response. It is still in the box and unopened.

All the cartridges with metal tips taste awful. I had a subscription for over a year, but I stopped because everything started started tasting gross. I have had a few since that still have the plastic tips, and they are awesome but I can’t take the chance when you never know if you get a good or bad batch.

I figure I would see if your company improved, and again, Nope. Product arrive with a broken lid. canceled subscription. you guys need to try harder.
