Never shipped order and i still have not received it

Great products and fast service!

It took over a week to process. My subscription would not renew because there was no stock available. I made a subsequent order when there was stock and manually ordered my subscription, both have still not been processed and it has been 10 days. I received an email stating this was going to be corrected yesterday. It was not. I have emailed support

I ordered my product in mid February and it’s mid March. I still have not received the product.

I love the product. However, the shipping service they use is terribly slow. Exhale uses a combination of DHL and USPS. I placed an order on March 3 and tracking shows it is scheduled for delivery today on March 15. My last 4 orders took no less than 10 days to be delivered. One took 2 weeks to be delivered. I now place my orders two weeks before I absolutely need it, but I should not have to. This very slow shipping speed causes me to consider other vendors. I know it is not directly the fault of Exhale, but they choose the shipping service.
