Amazing product. I would try this again!

The website is very easy to use. They let me know when searching for what I needed that the items I was getting were popular and took a little longer to process. I received my items in about 10 days. I tried them yesterday and they worked just as described. I would keep using the company.

They are trying to sell an eighth of thc-a flower for 80 bucks. GTFO. I will never shop or even try your products until your somewhat reasonable about pricing. Exhale wellness absolutely doesn't care about the customer and only about maximizing profit. Terrible management.

I asked for a refund 3 different times. I get things happen, weather and whatnot, but when a customer asks for a refund, 2 weeks before you shipped it, you should cancel the order and give them their refund. I was only answered 1 time stating that I should have received a shipping notification, which I didn't until yesterday the 28th. I still wanted a refund as I had to order from another place. This isn't always recreational for some people. Some people, like myself use it medically and it's less expensive than having a medical card. So now I'm out all this money, on something I no longer want, or need. LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE ASKING!!! I was very nice and understanding when I asked for a refund, 3 times.

Not happy with shipping

I really like the product, but the handoff shipping thing is adding way more time to deliver than a single carrier. I order CBD gummies from RYTE in Colorado and have them within three days, ground shipping. Four days tops. Three Exhale orders I've placed take about ten days.

More than two weeks and it’s still not dropped off at the post office. No one answers the phone at the company or returns an email that isn’t an automated template and I’ve received about 50 spam emails from them advertising their other products. I plan to leave a bad review with the better business bureau about this company
