Arrived late with no one reaching out to notify. Wrong item was sent after waiting 2 weeks to receive. No response from support regarding wrong item sent. Terrible ship you’re running here lately.

If you want to know what cat pee taste like, then these are for you. I literally almost vomited in my mouth. I got 3 carts. All 3 tasted like poop. That was after waiting 2 weeks to get them. Paid reviews. Don't listen to the hype

On my second order I received a 3pack in which one jar was shattered during shipping. I have called and left multiple messages, and emailed support at Exhale Wellness none of which has generated a single response. I am disgusted with this company and would never recommend them due to their neglectful business practices.

The experience has been terrible. I made two separate orders that still have not been shipped. It’s impossible to get in touch with a live person. You have to wait a day or two for any response. I requested a cancellation of the orders and a refund due to the delays and was told to continue waiting. Absolutely terrible. I will never do business again with this company. I still have no product and I’m out all that money. Update: After several more attempts at contacting the company for a refund with the same cookie cutter email back I filled with the BBB. The company has finally refunded me. I would have much rather had my order but they never sent it and no explanation sent yet I’m still receiving promotion emails from them. I will never again do business with this company. Very shady.
