Excellent customer service. I submitted my order twice by accident. I reached out with the second order number and it was cancelled and my card refunded on the spot. Also great product with a very good description. Got it right on the first pick. Good-bye insomnia!

Absolutely amazing products, customer service is horrible, with the exception of one gentleman named Jarrod(hope I’m spelling his name right, sorry if I’m not!) I was lucky enough to get him through the call centers twice and both times he went above and beyond to help me!! So thank you sir! The total of four times I’ve ordered from this company, there has been issues everytime, and when you call or email it could take days to hear from them if even you do. One instance I tried calling someone from customer service and it took a total of 8 hours before someone picked up, and when some did pick up(a man named Jason) was super rude and told me I would have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear from someone. It just unfortunate because they do really have great products.

Hi Ashley! We're so sorry you had a less-than-stellar experience with our CS team but are glad that Jarrod was able to assist. If you need further assistance, we're happy to help!

Way to l long to receive any customer support. I would rather buy from a secured company where I know I will receive the upmost customer service. They definitely responded same day btw but none of my issue were answer and they responded every so hours. Exhale if you guys want screenshots of the conversations and times I will be please to post or email them to you guys . This is a 100% honest review based on my experience.

Hi Ricky! It looks like Brielle responded to your chats and email the same day as your inquiry, providing you with UTMOST customer service by resolving your issue. If there's anything further that we can assist you with, please let us know!
