I spoke with Sales Rep Corp C Juan Ropero and he was very helpful as this was my first time booking an international shipment. He patiently walked me through the process and answered my numerous questions. I previously had tried booking the shipment myself through your website and turns out I was doing it correctly, but just not familiar with the process. Juan also made sure that we had insurance on the shipment as for some reason it would not let me add insurance. With Juan's help I am sure the next time we have an international shipment I will be able to book the shipment myself.

Mya was absolutely incredible. I 100% know for a fact that this freight for my customer was delivered on Saturday only because of her diligent effort. It's one thing to do your job well but when it's done with such passion, heart, respect, and genuine sincerity, it makes the customer feel something special that goes way beyond business. Mya is a special young lady. Many people got to see that this past week. Ex Freight is beyond blessed to have this remarkably talented and high character individual!

We always remind AP team to send remittance advice but they never do. We always have to send an email and ask for it.

Every time i have a situation going on, Julio is the main man who takes the time to provide support and is professional as he does it. I appreciate the support he brings to every situation, and he is a big asset to the team.

Missed 2 different scheduled pickups, then wanted additional fee to pick up a week late. Poor and confusing communication from corporate office.
