We are sorry you feel disappointed. We investigated this matter and found the following. The 15.00 fee you are claiming is an overpayment is because the shipment was sent with Duties and taxes as Cash on Delivery. Therefore because you do not have an account with us you need to use our payment processor who charges an admin fee. Our Operations Manager has spoken with you and offered to refund you the 15.00 fee. In the future please also make a point to speak to our customer service team via our main number: 877-208-5645, as certain team members may be out of the office due to holiday so if you are calling the direct extension of an employee they may not be in the office to respond to your requests. I hope that this has resolved your complaint.
