Triston was FANTASTIC! - I have never had a Customs Broker that was so efficient and thorough.

I have a background as a Customer Service Manager and Noelle went above and beyond to make sure my situation was handled. I just want to highlight her level of excellence ad this has saved me a lot of time on this Friday afternoon. I would highly recommend her to anyone of our partners for future shipments!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

Goods have been lost. Continually chase for update. Response is always "will chase the agent". Not good enough. Zero idea where out shipment is.
