So far, everything has been good. Max has been extremely professional to work with and answered all of my questions. I was extremely skeptical and in all honesty will continue to be until the trip is actually over. But for now, I can see everything on the Airlines website and it looks good to go. Got my fingers crossed, but I have a good feeling so far.
