Michael Borland is amazing. He took care of our booking on a business class. He maintained the communication throughout the booking. Thanks. Obaid.

Rod was wonderful help getting the right flight we needed to travel to Greece with our group. We were having trouble getting a seat upgrade that we wanted , but he did not give up, he continued looming the following day and found exactly what we wanted and a great price. He also made sure my husband got handicap help at airports. Thank u Rod, MaryAnn Flores

Great experience. Michael was very helpful and attentive.

This is my second review and if I could I would give Nate and this company 10 stars If you think they don’t read reviews and try to work with customers you will be 100% wrong! So after I wrote my first review within 4 hours of it posting I received word from Nate that he had seen the review and no matter what, he would make good on our original flight plans. We even had a “text” war (a good war!) on how he would make things right. Nate should be called Nate the Great! We had our first conversation on Feb 2 (evening) about our hiccup and by 11:00 the next morning he had fixed our issues. I won’t go into the details but he went above and beyond to make the start of our vacation perfect. After this whole experience I actually felt like he cared about his job and the people he interacts with everyday. Before I retired I worked very closely with people and those that I was trying to hire that had Nate’s work ethics were the type of people I rushed to hire. Depending on plans for our final leg of our vacation if we decide to fly back home instead of driving he will be the 1st person I will call First review Nate was wonderful to work with. He was always available, answered all questions and I felt liked he tried very hard to get what we wanted. If we take another international flight I will definitely reach out to him. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to a hiccup in booking our first class ticket for the 1st leg of our trip. All during the planning/negotiation every time I had received anything about the actual ticket it was marked first class. So imagine my disappointment when everything was finalized and we were now in Premium Economy. Nate did his best to make good on the issue and put us in the first row of Premium Economy but it was just disappointing

Worked with Daisy Williams to arrange flights for our family vacation. She was great. Very responsive and professional and got us great flights at a great price.

Nate Turner is excellent, this is the 2nd time we have used him to book our flights. Highly recommend him!

Michelle Bennet was superb! Very professional and timely. She was quickly responsive and found me the exact flights I wanted for a better price than I had seen anywhere!

Nate is awesome. Available 24 hrs , best price, motivated and very creative. Well done
