The first appointment the examiner from the Hilo Hawai’i office had a fit about driving a 1/4 mile on a well maintained dirt road. She canceled the appointment and it took two weeks to get her to come out. Second exam she refused to come to our home but didn’t tell us and just no showed our appointment then Vance this appointment the following day. When called we were told she stopped “serving” our area. Dragging out this process for over two months feels unfair and unprofessional.

Unprofessional, Uncouth, Rude, and Disrespectiful
I received a call around 12:00 p.m. from 850 450 1693 from someone by the name of Iesha who works for ExamOne. From the start of the conversation she was rude and over talking, stating that she was calling about a cancellation. Our appointment was at 1:15 pm. I told her that we could not schedule it for sooner than that time because we were at another appointment. She started cutting me off, yelling and scream, wouldn't let me finish a single sentence. I told her that I was going to report her behavior and file a complaint, then she pretended not to know what she did.
When the appointment time arrived, it was no call, no show. The office did not give any explanation nor did they even attempt to correct the actions of their employee. You have to be careful with these so called nurses. They have the title but act like hood rats.

False Information
Recvd a letter in the mail stating due to my prescription drug usage and labs I was denied! I don't even know when I applied. The only time I was on meds was with a hip replacement and came off of those after 3 days last Fall. My labs were good enough in February for Trustmark to issue me a $150k policy. BS#

Exam One reported false findings to…
Exam One reported false findings to life insurance company that hired them. I tested “positive” for nicotine. The problem is I do not smoke, no one around me does. I ordered tests myself, it was immediately negative. Then I compared my lipid panel from my doctor to Exam One results that are three weeks apart. Exam one is a full 30 points higher on my Total Cholesterol and my LDL. I contacted Exam One, the lady was rude and told me they wouldn’t retest or fix their mistakes. Farm Bureau takes their results as the truth so if I want life insurance it will cost me $900 a month. That’s not happening.

No show for home appointment
I scheduled an appointment for 8:45 am at 9:33 i called the nurse for no answer. I then text to have no response. After the third time of reaching out she answered to tell me that she had written my appointment down but failed to enter it into her schedule. I had been waiting over an hour to do a urine test . Completely unprofessional. I would recommend using a regular Healthcare provider instead of waiting for someone not to show up.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. My insurance exam with ExamOne was scheduled with Quest Diagnostics. When I arrived @ Quest Diagnostics, I was ahead of time for my appointment. There were 2 women in line ahead of me trying to check in using the digital check-in kiosk...both of them had problems navigating the kiosk. By the time I got to the kiosk, and successfully logged on, I got an automated message notifying me that I was late for my appointment and that I would have to call the office to make another appointment.
I was not happy about that, and when one of the only two attendants on duty came out to call the next client, I asked about the problem. She told me that I was late signing in...when I explained that I was late because the two clients ahead of me also had problems with the kiosk, she just repeated her answer. It took several minutes to get her to listen to me instead of giving me the standard reply, and then she just told me to wait and see if they could get me in. A few minutes later, a different attendant came out and took me back for my exam.
She explained to me that there were only 2 attendants on duty, and that they were aware of the kiosk problem and complaints, and had reported it to corporate many times without success.
I asked for a tissue, and she told me they did not have tissues and directed me to the bathroom and told me I could use toilet paper. I went to the bathroom...there was no soap...not even a soap dispenser...not one on the wall, and not one on the sink. There was no way for me to wash my hands. When I got back to the exam room, I told the tech and she said they don't supply soap.
She did, thankfully, use gloves and clean my skin with an alcohol wipe before drawing blood, but there was no way for me to wash my hands or for her to wash her hand, in the exam room, and no way for anyone to wash their hands in the bathroom.
The tech did a good job with the blood draw, but Quest was the most disorganized, ill supplied, inconsiderate, understaffed medical office I've ever visited.
Do not waste your time with Quest.
