Did not deliver what they said they would. Told me the only way to get a refund was to place an additional order. Online order supervisor said I should have verified everything wqas correct (of course, how am I su[osed to know what it is I am looking for?) List did not contain email addresses, companies or titles. Complete and utter RIPOFF! TOTAL SCAM. Save your money and headaches. AWFUL company.

Horrible execution. I wanted to buy a call list, the mailing list was the only available but it said it included phone numbers. Well, turns out it only includes phone numbers for about a quarter of all the leads I ordered. I called up to ask about it--they don't give refunds, and they wanted to charge me another $300 for 300 phone numbers (which was apparently all they had for my category)... THAT WERE ALREADY INCLUDED IN MY FIRST ORDER! At least I have SOME good leads in there. I would give zero (0) stars if I could. Would not buy again.

A physician list with absolutely no information on their specialty is useless. The people at ExactData need to understand that just saying "it's a Doctor" doesn't help identify the appropriate candidates for specific jobs. I asked for a list with the specialty or at least separated by specialty and they would not accommodate because I was stupid enough to download the list. Now it's "mine" whether it is going to help me or not. When contacted by Carli, their "client services account manager," I was advised: "We have confirmed the data source provided falls in line with the Terms of the purchase order, please see below." There was NO attempt to make this list more useful - basically their attitude was "you saw it so you bought it" with zero attempt to give me what I thought I ordered. Frankly, it seems like a no-brainer that a list of physicians is only useful if you know what their specialty is. Furthermore, some of the practitioners on the list are "social workers," not physicians. I did not ask for a new list, I just asked them to modify the list they gave me by separating by specialty. Thumbs down to ExactData. More like SemiUseful Data.

DEMAND A FULL REFUND: Bought a 10,000 list in July 2020 from this bogus company called Exact Data located in Chicago; in fact was almost buying a 20,000 list but thought to try the 10,000, being the first time with this company. After a bounce back of more 1,200 names and one meaningless inquiry, not a further single response was received, not even after repeating the run about 3 weeks after, when again the huge number of bounce-backs occurred. The company not only would not accept the failure of our campaign, despite having promised certain success at the time of purchase, they wouldn’t even replace the bounces. They wanted to suggest that we had sent the mails improperly by using a private account, whereas the runs had been from our offices using GoDaddy platforms. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. It’s all a con !! Very discourteous and dissembling when trying by phone to get the point of the whole sham …. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

Total ripoff! They didn't give me what I asked for, charged me for a lot of data I didn't want and wouldn't make it right. They're liars and cheats in my opinion.

I suggest you Stay Far-Far Away from this company! I paid over $5000 to send 44,000 emails to a list of B2B companies they provided. The result: Over 99% of the clicks to our web site were from just a small handful of IP addresses which is not normal. Plus almost all traffic to our web site immediately bounced. These replies were totally NOT normal responses that we would expect to see. I provided them with log files showing details of the suspect traffic and common IP address, which they said did not proved anything. We tried to get a refund and was ignored. Promises are all you'll get with this company!

Exact Data is awful. Don't use it. Expensive. Their lists have OUTDATED emails that have been cancelled years ago, and worse yet they DO NOT have emails that have been active for years. A dreadful experience!

We ordered a list for the Dominican Republic, it had around 1500 contacts sold to us for $1000 after negotiating the price for around 2 weeks. I told them if the list was good we would be purchasing for the entire Caribbean. Needless to say we WILL NOT be purchasing anything from them again. All the emails on the list were personal emails, of people who did not work in the company anymore or have never worked there and around 80% of list so far are of companies that no longer exist. I asked for a sample of the list prior to purchasing, of which were great examples that made the list look legitimate. The sample must have been filtered and verified prior to sending it to us to make it look like a worthwhile contact list. It's not. I'm currently pursuing a refund, but I don't expect much based on how this company does business. Steer clear of international lists, I can't say much for US based companies.
