Exact DataReviews of exactdata.com

Daisy was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. She is very efficient and easy to understand.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Larry Rosenthal at Exact Data. He helped me refine my email list and gave me suggestions I wouldn't have thought of on my own. Resulting a better list to meet my needs. Also, the price was much better than other sources I researched.

Exact Data/DataAxle has been a tremendous asset to our agency and services that we offer for our clients. We value the relationship and continue to find more ways we are able to utilize the services they can offer. The client support has been superb and they are helpful when we need assistance launching our campaigns. We recommend their services to multiple contacts that inquire with us regarding services that we use.

Daisy has been continuously excellent. There have been some mix-ups with our rather specific lists, and Daisy has always been prompt and worked closely with us to adjust filters and get us the best list possible! We always work with her when working with Exact Data - she's made what can be a stressful list-buying experience much more bearable and we'll continue to work with Exact Data in large part due to her!

This young lady was outstanding. She was very patient and professional. She exceeded my expectation.

Daisy is an excellent account manager! She gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

Oh boy.. It has been a roller coaster working with ExactData. However, there is a massive plot twist. So initially there was a lot of inconveniences that have taken place. I was at first left frustrated and disappointed with the lack of availability and misinformation provided regarding the email list I ordered for $180. I was initially told that the list of 1000 home buyers was available, only days later find out that it was not. I was then given three options: - High income renters who would have high propensity - Young families with children - Empty nesters looking to downsize which apparently are also not available. You can only imagine my frustration. The only “option left” was renters with a household income of $300,000 or more. After I had requested to have it done by that day (which was 2 days later after waiting 4 days for my order), I was told that my order will be delayed until next week. I was even more frustrated and told them it was unacceptable and that I would be bringing this to the attention of their supervisors. Finally after all this turmoil of inconveniences, it was later as of this day I finally received my order (1/26/2023). The representative then gives me a call to let me know (in a very apathetic way) that we are no longer going to do anymore future transactions and tried to shut me down from trying to remedy this when I haven’t done anything wrong… Surely you can empathize my disappointment with those two representatives I had to deal with. I was then forwarded to their supervisor and I just gotta say, he took care of the matter within SECONDS! To top it all off, he will be my point-in-contact from this day forth. Went from 0 stars to 5 stars, thank you Kevin Dwyer! Just make sure whoever you are dealing with is someone who cares and will look out for you. Beware of Kristen Buck and Carli Stisco as they tended me poorly. Although I will be fair, Kristen did follow up with me quickly, but outside that, she and carli were unprofessional. How’s that for a plot twist lol

Daisy is an excellent, thorough and proactive communicator that goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
