Redemption - The Sign of a Great Company!
I am a believer that if a company make a mistake and try to make it right. That shows that they do have customers best intentions in mind. My recent experience has been very good with the follow up and commitment to make sure things were good and I was taken care of. I especially like that they covered the long standing history of the company which gave me a better sense of the integrity of the company. I'm satisfied with the outcome.
