Failed to Honor Warranty
I purchased their Flash XL chair after a recommendation from a friend, being someone that falls into the "Big & Tall" category, back in December 2021. Their website advertises that the chair can support up to 550 lbs. I'm nowhere close to that weight, close to 330 lbs. Over the 2023 holiday period, I noticed that my chair's back was not sitting upright, and leaning to a side. Upon further inspection after noticing the chair bending when I leaned back in it last week, the seat base is bent. I reached out to customer service via e-mail, because they say that the steel frame carries a 10 year warranty. It's been 2.25 years since I bought it. They requested photos, which I provided, and then alleged that the chair had excessive force used in reclining, and that it wasn't covered under warranty. I'm sorry, but leaning back in a chair that's built with hardware to allow it do so, is not "excessive force." I tried to respond with more clarification of my case, and they have refused to respond to me. If you're a larger/heavier person like me, do NOT believe what they advertise on their website.
