EwinRacingReviews of ewinracing.com

My boyfriend is an avid PC gamer and his old chair was essentially just pleather stretched over plastic. I was so nervous for him to open this as a gift because he’s sooo picky about the quality of the things he owns. That being said, he absolutely loves this chair. It’s comfortable, beautiful quality, and arrived on time!!

This game chair is a very good product. I was given to my 16-year-old child. My child said it is more like a racing car seat. My son likes it very much. The price is reasonable and every part is very clean. There are no damage or scratches on the surface. This is a great chair. This chair used my son for almost a month. It is safe and durable. Setting up for a few hours is very comfortable and doesn't take up too much space. What I want to say is that it is just the right size for my son's room. highly recommended.

For years I have invested all of my money in different rigs but never a decent chair. I’ve always used old hand me downs or cheap $10-15 options. Now don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with using a recliner or whatever suits your needs and as far as comfort goes, no gaming chair will beat a couch but considering this is more of a personal mini office I don’t have space for that much comfort and consirrring for the past two years I have been using s very uncomfortable Wal-Mart chair I got for $10 this thing is a gift from the heavens. I set myself at a budget of $200 and searched for days upon days online to find the best deal possible. Eventually I bought EWIN gaming chair. The material of EWIN gaming chair is very sturdy and can immediately be seen upon putting the chair together. The leather... pleather, whatever is very tightly sewed and the screws, and metal is pretty heavy duty. The color scheme is wonderful. I am 5’9 and the height is just fine for me. The lumbar support and neck support match up as long as they are at the lowest position. The armrest are adjustable. All in all though, it seemed like he best chair to get, especially in red/black. It definitely matches the quality of other executive/gaming chairs I’ve seen at Office Depot, Best Buy, etc. locally for $300+ which is amazing and/or really disappointing, however you take it. 5/5 stars overall and the best bang for your buck.

I'm glad I searched around for this Ewin chair because it suits my needs perfectly. The lumbar pillow makes a huge difference in comfort and proper posture. I can now sit back and enjoy far more comfort than my old Ikea office chair that offered no back support. The Ewin also looks great. I opted for the Black theme chair and it fits my decor great. Being able to kick the recline back in front of my desk is also a nice touch that some other gaming chairs don't. The build quality is solid and the stitching is fine. I like this chair!

This gaming chair is one of the best quality chairs I have bought for myself. My older office chair was quite old and was getting harder to move around in as the wheels were on their last legs. The back support for my old chair was not the greatest as well as it was uncomfortable to sit in for some periods of time whenever I’m doing desk work. The new E-WIN chair however fixes all those problems. Although the parts come separate and you have to build it by yourself, the instructions are clear and easy to follow through. The chair is very comfortable as you are able to recline it almost all the way back 180 degrees as well as there is an extendable leg rest so you can lay all the way down whenever you need to adjust yourself. The arm rests are very nice since they are able to be adjusted to go up or down depending on your preference. Along with that come 2 pillows for your head and lower back for comfort and support for whatever activity you are doing. The bottom cushion also has a massage feature inside the cushion so that you are able to massage your lower back with the press of a button on the side of the cushion. The price is great compared to other chairs like this one and I’m happy to have made this purchase. I will buy one more as a birthday/Christmas gift for my son.

The chairs aren't great, not the worst either. They are cheaper than the name brands, but the quality is considerably worse as well. So what you have to ask yourself is is saving $80 worth it, if your chair starts breaking apart within a year? Let me tell you: it's not. Not with this customer service. Save yourself the $300 and get a chair that will last.

The seam of the chair broke appart. The customer service is not responding now for 3 month (after they willed to send replacement). The eu-law willing a warranty of 2 years, I probably have to start lawyer contact... Also attention: The small Flash series got a seam at the seat area, wich is not possible to see at any pictures they have on their webpage.

Had 2 chairs from E-Win Racing and both chairs have developed the same problems, one chair is the large one (flash xl series) the other one is mid sized one (flash normal series), I got one for work and one for home. First Problem: ---------------- The arms on the chairs have come loose, there is no bolt to tighten and seems it was more glued in with some kind of adhesive thats worn off. Second Problem: -------------------- The 5 star base on the chairs have had 1 leg of the 5 twist causing the chair to dip and become difficult to move. Third Problem: ----------------- I was sold on the memory foam being comfortable and lasting long for comfort, however both chairs now feel rock solid after sitting on it for an hour. Fourth Problem: ------------------- The chairs now squeak a lot when moving, i have ensure all bolts and tight, its almost as-if some areas need re-oiling or something. I have had both chairs for almost a year (bought in April 2018) after about 5 / 6 months both chairs had all 4 problems, I contacted E-Win Racing on 4th December 2018 about the first 3 issues, and still after a month.... no reply. Now I have 2 expensive chairs that are pretty much broken, will be adding my review everywhere I can to warn everyone thats thinking of buying an E-Win chair. Very Disappointed. UPDATE: ------------ Its now been a year since i contacted their customer service about the 4 issues above.... still no response!!!!! This is the WORST company i have ever had to deal with!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
