Order part on the back of band for Omega Seamaster. Doesn't fit and subpar quality. I would not recommend this company. Besides that, they don't even have a phone number. If you want cheap parts from China go here.

We offer a no hassle return policy on all purchases. We even cover the shipping on all returns. Over 30+ years in the business. Our items ONLY work on the models listed and on genuine watches.

If I could give a lower score, I would! We bought a replacement leather watch band for a Cartier and it lasted only 8 months! When I contacted the company they gave me a run around for weeks and weeks and now don't even respond to emails. They are the worst and don't stand behind their products. Run the other way!!!!

Item shipped was brand new at time of purchase. After wearing the product for 8 months they were asking for a free replacement. Customer never provided order number so we had way of knowing the order was from that long ago. Watch straps are wearable products and can last a long time or a short time depending on the user.

i'm posting a quick review because my order was slow and I read some reviews on this forum questioning the legitimacy of this company, and honestly I wondered. My order was lost in the post, I contacted the company they were quite terse with their response. but 1. I got my order (albeit after a wait), 2. when the order was considered lost, they replaced it quickly and without question, 3. I'm very happy with the product (a rolex strap). Legitimate business, good product, I would use again, but not if I was in a hurry. Thank you Ewatchparts.

Great experience. Ordered online an xl Cartier Roadster strap. If you know the watch you know how easy it is to switch straps. Product delivered timely and I feel is of great quality relative to what I paid for branded straps from Cartier. I had one issue with one of their stores bands. Sent pictures to customer service and it was replaced timely without delay. Would do business again with this company

I ordered what I thought was the right watch band but got it wrong. The rep at EwatchParts helped immensely with the return and helped figure out the right band. Delivery was quick, refund completed and the final outcome is very satisfying. My next band will be through these guys.

The parts are garbage, the communication is so terrible, they blame the customer for damaging items, they won’t refund you just victim blame. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANPY

Sorry you did not have a good experience, but we have over 200,000+ satisfied customers online and been in business for over 25 years. We respond to all emails within 24 hours. Our return policy CLEARLY states items must be returned back in SAME condition as sold. It also CLEARLY states item ONLY works on the models listed and stated. Our parts are not universal even though they could "look" the same.

Order Number: 07-11622-32069 Time placed May 27, 2024 at 5:01 AM Total US $165.25 (2 items) The most fraudulent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Charges well for their goods which are then in no way better than goods you can buy on Ali Express for a tenth of the price. Really unpleasant customer support that tricks you into buying more expensive items that should fit better. I bought expensive links for my Rolex, they fit badly, damaged other links on the watch as they were too tight. I bought two links, one was matte brushed and one was glossy. Left a bad review on eBay and then got the message from the seller to change my review to get a refund. No refund came of course. My advice is to NEVER do any business with this company. It is enough to see the ratings they have here on Trustpilot and it speaks for itself. Ansqer to your answer.. You wanted me to return to the US from Europe. For two smal links you bought from AliExpress for a dime. That would have taken me more time in the end! Time i did not have. Your company is a scam and your pruducts are plain garbage. Thats why you have the rating you have on Trustpilot!

Item shipped was correct per listing. We sell items by model numbers to ensure proper fitment. Our items are made to ONLY fit the models stated in the listing. If you were truly unhappy with the product we offer free return shipping using our FREE prepaid return label through eBay. Instead you wanted to keep the items and wanted a full refund. We are not in the business to give away free products, pretty unethical of you as well to keep the items and wanted a refund when we both know the items we shipped were correct and fit perfectly or else you would have returned them for a full refund. We have been on eBay for over 25 years with over 250,000+ satisfied customers.
