EwatchpartsReviews of ewatchparts.com

Watch out for these guys on eBay. It's a scam. They won't send the item, then will keep asking you to wait. But that's just a ploy to get you outside eBay return policy.

Terrible service! Looking to purchase some spares, and asked for some photos of the item I was trying to purchase as their website does not display a proper image for the item in question! Asked the support but its just a stock reply saying they only have web images (when they clearly do not) This is a front company as it would appear the messages are dealt with most likely from a customer service agent from China as the stock responses and lack of understanding and customer service of what is being asked is not that which could be expected of the USA. The items are not the cheapest parts hence wanting to know and see an actual image of the item before purchase which is not unreasonable prior to international shipping from the USA, and if its not right or not the advertised quality then trying to return and refund! Email exchange over several days is just met with the same bad response "We only have the listing photos, which show exactly what you’ll receive" When they do not some parts do have images but the ones ive asked about do not and they are making every effort they can to avoid looking at getting some pictures, when all they needed to do was get some images from their stores (probably just a lock up somewhere where its drop shipped, which will explain why they wont get more pictures) All in I wouldn't trust this company at all for anything over $30 as the chances of it either not being what you ordered or being of questionable quality and then if you need any customer service you will have as much chance as buying a unicorn! AVOID AVOID AVOID This is most likely just a USA based drop shipping business selling cheap Ali express watch parts just with worse customer service! I'm sure there will be some stock reply to this if they even care but had they just answered my question through email there would have been no need to post this. Which is just to warn other people of the trouble when asked a simple question! Reply to the reply! This is not unethical in the slightest! I asked a simple question for an image of the product possibly being order as the website has not image for the product I am after, which was explained from the first enquiry and the whole reason for asking! IF you cared to look and read the emails I sent Which I am more than happy to put copy in this review you would see how unreasonable you have been! I was not after a picture of the product you were shipping specifically for me! Merely a picture of the acutal product itself to verify it is the correct one before order as the website itself DOES NOT have an image for several fo the product I was looking to purchase (many others do I agree) but the one item I was after does not! So I asked for an image to confirm, and you have spent more time arguing the point "you only have stock images" rather than just looking at the items on you site to see that the item in question does not have the image! It really pretty simple customer service and you have chosen to do everything else but provide the stock image of the item I was after! For reference 20mm-14k-gold-two-tone-oyster-watch-band-for-rolex-daytona-116520-116523-116528?variant=41172435468427 20mm-14k-gold-two-tone-oyster-watch-band-for-rolex-daytona-116505-116508-116515?variant=41172435435659 20mm-14k-gold-two-tone-oyster-watch-band-for-rolex-16233-16014-solid-end-f-lock?variant=41172435239051 ALL USE THE SAME IMAGE so you are misleading anyone viewing them as the image does not portray the items listed as the product! Are you serioulst saying that all for item are the identical image and if they are then why do you need 4 different pages when one item would cover mulitple models! I think you need to reviews your website then and spend more time listening to a simple request? Im sure you might be correct had I asked for another item that does have an actual image of the product being ordered but that wasn't what I was asking! Had you of been able to read my request in the first place and then actually look at it rather than just default the same answer to every reply you would see that there is not the correct image displayed and maybe updated the site accordingly! You chose the latter which is why this review exists! The company may be registered and warehouses in the USA but that does not mean you are not just drop shipping! Had you helped this would not be here and serve as a genuine experience for other customer to make their own mind up!

They make claims that they sell watch bracelets for certain original watches but after showing them photos of unfitting watch bands which they sent me,well their tolerances do not match with original OEM watches. So they do not fit. Do not trust them as they say they've made and sold many bracelets. They clearly do not. I would not trust them.

I recently ordered a replacement watch strap for my Hublot Big Bang and placed my order with Apple Pay, only to discover that they added £12 to my order for delivery, right at the last second, as a pressed pay. As I had not used Apple Pay for years online, I noticed that my address details were incorrect and tried to stop the payment from going through. As the payment was processing, I could not do this. I contacted Ewatchparts within seconds of making the payment by email. No response. I contacted them again and again. No response. I eventually did get a response hours later, from a very rude person named Gerard, saying that my package had been sent, and next time I should cancel the order as they are too busy to read emails. NEXT TIME ? I have contacted DHL and as Ewatchparts do not allow customers to redirect parcels, they are the only ones that can change delivery addresses, to which Ewatchparts have refused to do. I am now out of pocket and will not receive my goods, when it would clearly have taken this company a matter of minutes to change the delivery address. I fully believe that as they knew that my address was incorrect, that they will not even send the goods in the first place.

A real disgrace of a company. After three months of waiting for an order, it still hasn’t arrived and has apparently been lost. They refuse to take responsibility or issue a refund. They keep giving the same response, shifting the blame to the courier company. Do not buy anything from this company. They are neither serious nor reliable.

I would not recommend. Shipment has had no movement or tracking updates for over 40 days since March 16 and remains in the United States. The seller provided no real support and kept sending repetitive, generic responses without addressing the issue. The case was only taken seriously after escalation, which reflects a highly unprofessional approach. Overall, this experience felt unreliable and misleading.

Asked seller what part I required and ewatch stated item number to order so o ordered one it arrived and I broke it whilst trying to fit not knowing it was the wrong part so asked again and was told same again and ordered it. Once again it did not fit and as I had more experience now I did not even try to fit and asked seller for a return ewatch said you’ll have to pay return which was £9 to usaas had to be tracked and signed for !!!Make of that what you want but they know if a part costs $30 including postage most people will not bother ? So being a tad unhappy that seller twice sold me the wrong part after asking I was determined to send back for a refund being in mind the item had only been taken out of the package and not even attempted to fit . The return process took over a month and when they finally had to action a refund due to eBay’s time constraints they deducted $9.97 plus I’m out £8 postage to return as well. Stating item damaged I was NOT and was very carefully wrapped. Upon informing ewatch parts via eBay messaging system that I would use the buyer protection process I received my $9.97 back as well. Ewatch parts then contacted me stating basically why have I left them negative feedback and denied I had communicated with them at all during the long drawn out return process. Which I certainly did do on several occasions. If you buy from ewatch parts via eBay be careful and if it goes wrong you’ll have a long wait to get a refund There are other really good non genuine part seller on eBay so choose carefully and keep all your communications from and sent to them until you are satisfied, as they answers questions with questions and don’t even try to resolve. You be warned about my experience hope you don’t suffer them same

I purchased a bronze buckle for a watch that had already developed natural patina. When I received it I thought the buckle looked more like brass than bronze, but chalked up the difference to the various combinations of additives used in addition to copper and tin. I attempted to accelerate the patina using 3 different methods: exposure to salt water, hard boiled eggs in a plastic bag, and exposure to vinegar vapor. No patina developed at all, which reinforces my suspicion that the buckle is not made of bronze. Very disappointed with the >$20 purchase! I suggest that you change the item description from "bronze" to "bronze color" to prevent others from thinking they are purchasing a true bronze buckle.
