A real disgrace of a company. After three months of waiting for an order, it still hasn’t arrived and has apparently been lost. They refuse to take responsibility or issue a refund. They keep giving the same response, shifting the blame to the courier company. Do not buy anything from this company. They are neither serious nor reliable.

Superb customer service. Part was exactly how described. Identical to others and fit perfectly. Delivered before expected.

UPDATE 5/29/26 - After a lot of frustration they made the decision to do the right thing and offered a refund. Not sure why this didn't happen earlier and in the end they fixed it! I ordered 2 bands from them. They are definitely cheap bands. They shipped the wrong size on one of them so I returned it. They received the package on 5/5/2026. It is now 21 days and they have done nothing but make excuses, all kinds of B.S. from Gerard. We only do credits on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we are processing it, we lost it and had to reach out to the post office to find out where they left the package, we are looking into it. UPDATE - FRUSTRATED - THEY MADE UP A BUNCH OF EXCUSES AND THEN ASKED ME TO REMOVE THE BAD REVIEW. I AM NOW BEING TOLD THE ITEM WAS RETURNED USED., EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT OF THE PACKAGE BECAUSE IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE.
