Item received but bad service and absolutely no response
I ordered a Tesla Model S 12v battery on Nov 20th. EVTuning.com website indicated my order got fullfilled on the same date. I got this email message "Most Orders ship within 2-7 business days. Special orders can take up to 4-6 weeks." A few days later I kept checking for tracking number and found none. It simply says priority mail. I had sent a few emails and there were no replies. Item did arrive in 7 days later via UPS. There was no tracking number from website and so I had no idea when the item would arrive. I incrased stars from one to four because Fullriver Battery High Capacity battery is high quality battery and much better built than similar battery from Gruber Motor. I read Fullriver Battery has a 4 year warranty. For EVTuning's customer service, I'd give a zero star. However, I would give a 5 star for Fullriver Battery High Capacity battery for Tesla Model S.
