This company is a joke. The first year it was ok, then fees started going up until I ended up consistently paying hundreds of dollars every month. When I tried to close the account, they kept charging me for months because the account was never closed and no rep was able to tell me why. After 3 months I finally found out the contract was under my husband's name and he was the one who had to cancel. Why did nobody tell me so from the beginning? It is just easier to leave the account open and keep charging me. Not to mention the $495 early termination fee that nobody notified me of either. I had to end up blocking them so they could no longer keep charging my bank account. Stay away from them!

Avoid this company at all costs. If you are signed up with them check your statements. They doubled their rates. On top of that they are charging exuberant amount of fees. They will not let you out of their system after being with them 6 years. They charge $500.00 for you to get out.

Evopayment promised me lower rates to get my account. But never got lower rates as promised. Evopayment charged higher rates and fees every month. My business was losing $400-$500 every month because of higer rates and fees. Don't get Evopayment.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Make rate promises then never follow up and correct them. DO NOT use them.

Ordered a POS system that came with everything, ready to go out the box from EPOS Was not aware they opened a contract with this company When I got a new pos system, I had to go through 4 different companies to close my account with evo Upon doing so, was charged 495$ as they never received a notice to close an account 90 days in advance Avoid this company like the plague - literally no one is happy with them

DO NOT USE!!! Terrible company full of scams. Look on all these bad reviews, they don't even reply. They don't care, they are out to steal from your business. Wish I had looked here first.

Very dishonest practices, dishonest contracts and sales, they raise your rates without letting you know, hidden fees and awful costumer service.
