EVO payment proccesor is the worst company to deal with. Their customer service is not even one star. They put you on hold for hours, and do not resolve your issue. I called to ask for a supervisor and they never give you one. If you do not want any aggrevation stay away fromthis compant.

They are a bunch of crooks, after I canceled my subscription with EPOS they have continuously billed me for charges for going on 2 months. Billed me for PCI compliance $100 after I tried canceling and haven't used the equipment. STAY CLEAR of this company or anyone who is affiliated with them. Left them to begin with because we were having so many problems with their equipment and their customer service doesn't know their left hand from their right.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I have had them for 3 years now. Horrible customer service and they are charging me over $1000 a month in fees! They have now had my account on hold for 8 days and will not release my funds but they sure as hell took their “monthly fees” 6 days ago! DONT USE THEM IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED YOUR MONEY! They basically told me that I was not the only company having issues and they would get to it when they get to it!!!!

This has to be one of the most unethical companies I have dealt with.Terms and conditions are opaque,renewals are done without notice.The customer service in inept,bordering on CRIMINAL AND NOTHING IS TO BE TAKEN AS STATED.Promised confirmation receipts are not forthcoming.Worst company ever!!!NOT FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS PERSON

Terrible company. Beware. When I changed bank they held on to funds for over a month, every time I called they added another document to the list of information they wanted. Then they lost part of the information and they re-requested it. Don’t use them.

I tried to close my Evo account and was charge $495 to do so. This process was totally non transparent. The original fee in the tiniest of fine print stated a $250 fee 13 years ago. This fee has jumped to $495 and without any signed updates to my contract I was expected to pay it. My bank was debited without any confirmed closure date, just a vague 15-30 days. I have sent a request in writing their customer service team more than 3 times asking for a confirmation of the termination date. I am still incurring monthly non compliance fees for an account I no longer have. Signing a contract with EVO is signing a document for life. Do not sign up to this company, the only service they provide is to gouge the customer.
