Everything was great and loan was finished and I was moved in. Got my first yr statement and it showed a that I paid a buy out amount. I and Collette had gone over this several times that I did not want a loan where I had to pay a buy out and whoa and behold I did to the tune of over 5,000. Was not happy but loved Colette and the other ladies I worked with. I would use them again I'd just be a lot more careful of what I'm signing.

I was contacted by a team member at AZHL who was great at getting the in-depth info to get our loan going. Being self employed we already knew it was going to be a bugger getting financed for the fixed rate loan we wanted. No matter how many times you cover your bases the underwriters will always want that plus 10. AZHL was nice and patient even though I blew up at them more than once. It’s not them, it’s the underwriter and there’s no way they can guess what will be wanted that particular time. There was about 3 times we wanted to just say forget it but again AZHL was patient and understanding and talked us off the ledge. In the end they kept everything together and got us exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier ... I have recommended them several times since then and will continue to do so...
