I found myself charged twice within days of signing up for the trial period. That doesn't instill "trust". Be very careful.

Dear Mary. We investigated the issue and see that you were charged twice because you signed up twice. Our system picked it up and canceled your duplicate profile and also refunded your payment.

Nothing good to say. Music stops abruptly, silence, then different music starts. Not in the least bit relaxing for us. For the money, not worth it, better healing music on YouTube. Such a waste of $200! Just another scammer!

Dear Kathleen There is currently an issue with the new iOS update on some iPhone and iPad devices for the current app. We apologize for this inconvenience. The new Evolutioner app will be released within the next week. Please reach out to [email protected] to get early access to the new app. Evolutioner is not the same as the "healing frequencies" or "healing music" you will find on other apps, YouTube/Spotify, for example. Evolutioner does not contain binaural beats or Solfeggio frequencies. Evolutioner uses key low-frequency pulses to create natural electromagnetic pulses in the brain. These specific pulses have shown to promote healing and restore cells. We've done thousands of tests over the last decade to provide real and lasting results. There is no other program out there like this.

I tried it and was not impressed with the music. I don't mind paying for good content but it wasn't relaxing to listen to.The process to cancel my free trial was a very difficult. To cancel the trial subscription they have what they call a "magic" link. You click on it and they send you an email. I tried this three times and only received one email a day after I clicked on it. The link is only good for an hour! Basically it's GOTCHA! if you don't respond to the link in an hour.

Have purchased and set up app on my phone. Followed all prompts to begin session and there’s a glitch . Continues to ask me to sign in and switch user. I’ve reached out to support. Hopefully not a waste of money. Will update review if experience improves.

Something seriously wrong with your player code in your app. Absolutely nothing happens on ANY of your 12 minute sessions it just sits there in silence and doesn't even change the timer. I only found 2 files that actually played anything at all and they were both 2 minutes, leaving me hungry for the 12 minute sessions but unable to play any of them because your app is so buggy.not what you claim it to be.

This company is a money hungry company where they will charge you for a subscription that you never get to utilize. Poor communication and not very informative when it comes to billing. STAY AWAY from this company there are so many other Emr system out there are more affordable and offer better customer service.
