Tighten up your processes
The website is quite professional, but the payments appear under different names and countries on your bank account, the speed of service isn't great, the Trustpilot reviews are sketchy; a combination of all these worries made me think “uh oh, identity theft”. So I pulled the big red lever and called my bank’s fraud team to cancel my card and cry SCAM. I was wrong. Phew! I nearly cancelled all four of our passports. They turn out to be legit and I was refunded. My advice to them is, if you want to win the trust of wary customers who download all their family’s passports to you, tighten up your processes and speed of service.
