They rob me for my controller. I sent it back to them for them to fix it. It came to me broke. And they have the worst customer service ever you can’t even get in contact with them its just terrible they basically robbed me for $500 I’ve been waiting for the controller for a year just to find out they claim they sent it and never even gave me a tracking number. Worst experience ever.

Leider fühlt sich dort Niemand in der Pflicht das auf zu klären. I ordered a controller that was unfortunately sent back because the address was incorrect, now no one knows where the package is, it has been on the way back to evil controllers for almost 2 months, but none of them have contacted us. PayPal was also informed, but PayPal is accurate as helpful as Evil Controller itself right now it feels like they are ripping my money off. The accessible controller didn't work out of the box. Waited a few months from the original order after paying for express shipping and 'skip the queue' Button mapping non functional - missing some of the additional buttons we ordered. The overall build quality was garbage for the price. Absolute waste of money. Company won't refund until I pay to ship it back them in the united states at my own expense. Also won't refund the skip the queue fee or the express shipping. Stay away - much better options on Etsy for accessibility.

I'm a content creator and decided to purchase a controller for my streams. I spent $250+ on a custom controller but within a week i noticed there was such bad stick drift that it was unplayable. I reached out for a repair as this was still fresh out of the box and they informed me it was caused by a circuit board that was so far gone it would need to be replaced. And then informed me it would cost me an additional $65 to repair it. I tried to reason with the company but they were adamant about the payment for repair. I received a terribly made controller, received bad customer service and had to pay additional money to fix their mistake. 0/10 would not recommend this company.

Non e Existent customer service. Broken promises product never shipped never returned money had to file for fraud on my card

I have returned a controller and it has been way over 2-3 weeks and I am yet to receive my money back . Liretally I am being ignored never again will I buy controller .

I've asked for refund the controller does not set on to tv there seems a piece missing I've waited for reply for refund and address to send it back but no reply please respond
