Bought a controller in 2022 and again and in 2024 and have enjoyed them very much! They handle the abuse of fps games and react just as fast as mouse and keyboard allowing me to keep up against them! Recently heard they made changes to the ps4 controller and contacted them in which Adam assisted me, walked me through the changes and even offered me a discount for the loyalty! Due to the games I play such as (The Finals, Call of duty, gta, etc..) the controllers take a lot of abuse, especially the x and circle buttons. They eventually wear out wich has happened on even the stock controllers ive had. The repair procedure is quick, contacted them, they opened a ticket, sent me a box, they diagnose, find the issue, and repair it. Recieve the controller good as new! Took about 4-5 days with shipping delays which is quick! Recently ordered 3 more and dont plan to change brands any time soon! Keep up the good work and awesome products Evil Controllers!!!

I Had a stroke and my left side was affected and don't have enough use in my left arm and purchased the PlayStation one handed use controller and if you know anyone with use of only one arm this is definitely the best thing you could ask for, I've already smashed through call of duty WW2 and vanguard just for the campaigns on hard to get good enough to play online, I also bought Wolfenstein and red dead too, so you're definitely not limited to you needing to base the video games on being easier for one hand.

I have owned many evil controllers. When they work, they are amazing. That’s the last good thing I have to say. They have arrived DOA, sometimes failed in hours. Their quality control is non-existent and WHEN you have a problem, their horrible customer service will leave regretting your purchase. Most recently I paid $377 for a controller to be rushed and it showed up DOA. The manager, Aaron, promised me (in writing, btw) that they would replace it the following Monday. That was over a month ago. No updates. I sent an email, 5 days later he sent a response asking for order numbers… I expect elite combustion controllers to fail - after 5-6 months. These used to last this long. Something changed. They are worse, and the company itself has literally the worst cut service I have ever encountered. I mean that. I have FIVE Evils. Four of which are at the factory for replacement or repair. The fifth just developed stick drift. The government should get involved- they are ripping people off.

Shipping prices are ridiculous

Bought a new controller from them i didnt get what i ordered and when emailing the custumer service frustrated they told me to take a chill pill.... there controllers run at 300 dollars if it shows up messed up they will just tell you to take a chill pill i guess an just start ignoring you.... and i asked for a return label to fix there mess up and i have to pay for it so i did.... and after that i got a email saying they are not going to go back an forth with me and he started ignoring me so i bought the shipping label for 20$ never got it and i haven got a response yet. legit the worst customer service i have ever seen with any company. they will try to make it your fault before offering assistance. they used to let you make a phone call appointment and that has vanished i think its cause they dont like confrontation with ppl they stole money from anymore... sad thing is when you get what you actually order these controllers are 5 star controllers but the customer service kills the sell.

Looks like these controllers all have the same issues and the company customer service is sketchy: Ordered a controller with just the rapid fire mod. Controller is lighter than a stock PS4, it does not have the vibration motors inside- so there is no "shock" in this dual shock. Controls to activate and use the mod are a little confusing and can't even tell if the mod is working. First time using it the left stick goes on cruise control and the input sticks so the input continues even after you put the stick back in neutral position. Their response was to calibrate it and check the dead zone. Still not working. They sent a postage paid sticker to send it back to "look at" it, but I asked for a refund. Based on other reviews I am expecting the run-around and probably a restocking fee. Clearly based on the reviews these guys put out a shoddy product and their website doesn't have reviews of their product, so that should tell you something. I had a modded controller from another company that lasted for 5 years- can't remember where I got it, but I know I paid less than for this garbage.

One of the worst experiences Ive had with a company. I purchased a $350 controller that after 3 months had two face buttons stopped working and the left stick drifted. I decided recently that I would get it repaired as they had a deal for $39 to have a it repaired and shipped back, this deal is still currently on their site. I had a representative named Aaron reach out to tell me that they would not be honoring what I paid for and I would need to actually pay $75 to have it repaired instead. Aaron specifically was very rude and this company does not care about returning customers. If you are looking for a quality gaming controller, your are best to look elsewhere.

I purchased a custom controller and about 6-7 months go by and I start having extremely bad stick drift. I contact them about that and they tell me it’s my settings (it wasn’t because it worked fine for 6 months) so they give me the run around for a month and finally they offer to fix it for me, I can pay $75 and it MIGHT fix it but would eventually revert back to the stick drift or I can pay $100 to get completely new internals in the controller. Not something I’d want to do since the first internals lasted 6 months. And I spent $200 on this controller. Do not recommend
