Your web site is very poorly designed

Your web site is very poorly designed. During checkout, it didn't focus on incorrectly entered data, so I had to search for what might have been wrong., It also wouldn't let me create an account, and it wouldn't explain what I was doing wrong, or what data I had entered was invalid, so I had to checkout as a "Guest". I now remember that I've had this trouble before (years ago), so clearly you have paid no attention to customer experience. In the future, I will certainly avoid your company's web site if at all possible. Furthermore, in submitting this review, the web site automatically filled in the wrong "Date of Experience", inserting a date one day AFTER my experience and the date on which this review is being written.

As for you account, I just updated this so that you have a registered login for web orders. You should be receiving the confirmation email shortly to assign a password. This way you can avoid checking out as a guest. Also, for the "date of experience", Trustpilot will sent the review emails within one day of the order but the time zone difference may have been a factor here. I apologize for that. I did want to follow up with you on the shipping for this order. It looks like you selected 3 day shipping but since you are only a 2 day point from us, my colleague Tia updated the shipping method to ground and credited you the difference.
