Your shipping fees are so high. I just ordered a DVD and the shipping fee is almost 9 dollars for ground. I which I could of just downloaded it.

I ordered two first place red discs 1.6k but they were unfortunately put on back order. I emailed the company to see if I could make a switch and within the first business day I got a response. They informed me that they would still be on back order for a few more weeks but they were nice enough to switch me to two Cantabrian red discs which was an upgrade! Very nice and I would recommend to anyone.

I order from Canada so my billing address is B.C. Canada but your system does not allow me to do that so it automatically puts in ALASKA as my state. I have ordered from you several times...should be an easy fix to allow a field to be typed in instead of using a fixed pull down menu for STATE.
