Difficult to use gift card
I had prepared a rather large online order with about 12 to 13 items. I wanted to use my git card, but learned that I had to call in to do so and that I would have to repeat the entire order item by item to the agent on the phone before they could apply the gift card value. There really needs to be a way to use the gift card directly in the online order process. They make it so that you almost don't want to use the gift card.

Hi Paul! I do apologize for the inconvenience. As you have experienced, unfortunately our website does not have the capability to apply gift cards. Currently we have been working of a way to solve this so you wont need to call in to apply the card. I do appreciate the feedback. If you have any questions, please contact me directly.
