Two orders recently, and I was looking forward to my free promo bumper sticker. The first time I emailed about it, got kind of a confused reply. I let it be. The second order I definitely qualified for one, and it accidentally got left out of the package. I emailed about it, got no response. I did the online chat, and a sticker was supposed to be mailed. Several weeks and nothing. The website is super informative, as I am new to throwing, and the implements have been working well for me. But there is a strange disconnect with communication.

I love MF’s mini bands for my athletes. We use them for warming-up and strength workouts. I received my order earlier than expected.

The communication was great in as far as getting proper information regarding an address. I’m up in Canada so need to go through a freight company. But then the product I ordered was suddenly back ordered? It was available when I initially ordered. Also I was charged on my credit card even though there has been no information on an ETA for when my item will be shipped out.
