I placed my first order on September 23. They didn't ship it until November 6. I received it on November 18. I live in The Netherlands. I was worried at first because its my first time buying there. I had submitted a paypal dispute, but I had withdrawn it when I received a message from them that they would send a tracking code at the end of the week. And they did. That was sure promising. The customer service answered all my messages on their chat and via email. That was certainly great. Only the shipping days don't match what they say. It did take a bit longer then 10 to 20 days~ . I think because they had to order it from the relevant store. I sent it with USPS and that worked out fine. Overall i am happy with my Jirai set by the brand Kitten Bxllet. I will only suggest buying at Everything Cute Club if you don't mind waiting a long time for your order to be shipped and delivered.

Thank you. Yes, I finally received my package. I was upset because of the lack of communication. I tried reaching out several times and never received a response from any person. The only response I recieved was an automated email. I have changed my review to 4 stars only because my daughter loved the item.
