I am a contractor myself, so my level of expectation of anyone providing service at my home is extremely high. I cannot say enough good things about Everything Billiards and Spas. I purchased a spa from them and had them refurbish a vintage pool table. The customer service is excellent as well as their product knowledge. We love Everything Billiards in Greensboro. Rob Hyler has been a joy to work with in restoring our antique Brunswick billiards table after a fire, He also assisted us in finding excellent quality craftsmen for the woodwork. We were confident in ordering accessories there also. We would've been lost without his advice. We received prompt replies to emails as well as phone inquires. Other employees showed the same care and concern for our old table in removing it and returning it as well. Our area is lucky to have this company's expertise and it's employees here.
