Been using product since about early October got my order last month and haven't had a problem until now, I can't sign into the portal and I only have about one dose left so I can't place my order. It keeps telling me can't find my information when I try to sign in, hasn't been a problem till now. I will go somewhere else if I have to, I am only about half way to my goal and would prefer to finish my journey!

Good experience so far and weight loss has been significant. The online portal for checking in is a bit wonky and is the only reason for a one star reduction. Called this morning and “Sara” was able to hopefully correct this problem, time will tell.

Had issue with getting instructions how to use the pen. Spoke with Tyler and she went as far as directing me to a video and waited till I watched it and made sure I had no questions.

I have been using the pen for about six weeks and have been very happy with the product. I submitted my order properly and the system failed. It also put two holds on my credit card. I spoke with Tyler and she escalated the situation. I appreciate her professional demeanor and helpful attitude. I won't know my level of satisfaction until the problem gets resolved and I receive my order. Additionally I chose everymeds because of the pen. I would like to know when it will be back.

Medication comes super easy and fast. I did have a difficult time trying to get a receipt that would submit to my HSA. I spoke with Tyler on the phone. She was super helpful and is trying to get me the proper documentation. Otherwise the medication worked great I lost 8 pounds my first two weeks.

I was very pleased with the whole process and my results. The sale price got me started, but when I realized that it would not stay at that price. It was more cost effective for me to use a company near and a lot cheaper!
