Shocking service, very late orders, missing items like medication yet no needles, zero customer support they never reply.. Iv cancelled order chased refund and still awaiting my money back AND communication and it’s 3 week later!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If there were a choice of zero i would have chosen that. Ridiculous picture and video uploads takes ages for them to approve them. Then further time being clinically approved. Once you go through all that they never dispatched. Long waits to get through to someone on the phone to be told the same thing which is they haven’t had stock in and are waiting and they will put you on a urgent list that never happens also it’s always the same woman that answers the call. No emails or messages back I reported this to my bank and luckily my bank refunded me avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order with Everyday Meds without doing diligence and checking reviews. I then retrospectively looked at the reviews and cancelled my order 2 days after placing it. I tried multiple times to get through to someone by phone but was in the qué on the phone for over 30 mins each time and had to give up. I eventually managed to get through and cancelled my order. I received confirmation that my order hasd been cancelled and advised via email that I should receive a refund within 10 business days. Over 14 business days later and still no refund despite me chasing this on multiple occasions. I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card extremely poor customer service. Avoid this company!!!!

Used this provider for several months in 2025 with not many issues but in the last few months, I get no response and their system doesn’t allow users to log in to their portal. No response to support inquiries so moved to a more dependable provider. If a new customer, I would not place a new order from this company, if it’s even possible.

Initially seemed ok however I trued to get a refund and that’s when problems started. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Several automated emails, unfulfilled promises, long wait times as caller number 2, and 2 weeks later no refund. Still trying to get money back but I would avoid using this company, they lie.

BEWARE…Do not buy from this company. Your money is taken immediately and their ‘clinical review’ is super fast but then ‘NOTHING’. Order not dispatched despite them stating next day DPD delivery. If you ring their customer services you join the queue at No7 (every time you ring!!) but never progress further than No6 even after an hour. Emails are not responded to. Will be reporting this company as the way they are operating is tantamount to theft.

No one will refill my script. No one calls you back or responds to e mails. After months of bad service it went to no service. Save your money find a company that will actually fill a script!

I have been taking my prescription since last Oct. All went well until April of this year. Was on a month to month plan and had lost 30 lbs. I didnt reorder in April because of some car repairs that needed done. Got back on and reordered. My payment was put on hold as usual at my bank. Prescription was ordered and payment came out of the bank. As of then I am unable to get on the patient portal or get anyone on the phone. Can be reached by email but will not refund my money for an order that was not received. Now I can't get them to answer an email.
